This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Przyjazny Plan (the “App”), developed and provided by Instytut Wspomagania Rozwoju Dziecka, Poland (“we”, “us”).

Przyjazny Plan enables the preparation and use of the activity plan method and the script method in working with individuals with autism.

3. Data we collect

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data.

• No user accounts are required.
• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data are collected.
• The App does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
• The App does not communicate with any backend or external server.

4. Device access and permissions

The App uses standard device features (such as the touchscreen) solely to provide its core functionality. Any interaction data is processed locally on the user’s device only. No data is transmitted outside the device.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not share any personal data with third parties, as the App does not collect personal data.

6. Data retention

We do not retain any personal data on our systems. Any progress or settings created within the App are stored locally on the user’s device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

7. Legal basis (GDPR)

Since the App does not process personal data, no legal basis for data processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is required.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is designed for children and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
